At AGUA by Agua Bendita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisan-crafted pieces. If your selection is not quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
